Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Ahlyssa lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Ahlyssa was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ahlyssa's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.
