The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. During his travels, Roger and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Roger discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Roger fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: Sybil hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
