History: She was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Emma fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Navigator and was forced into it by her family; and an old rival family wants her found

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Godfrey hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and many goblins want him driven away
