History: Conrad was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Knight, but he got bored and became a Bounty Hunter. He has achieved small success as a Bounty Hunter.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bounty Hunter responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. After a long history of fighting, Maynild and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Emma's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Emma was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
