History: Lance was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Randal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is her passion; and she's looking for her big break

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and wants to work out more often
