History: Born in the north to a Miner, Lance learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Miller they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Miner, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He got into the Navigator business at a young age. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Navigator for hire.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and sabotage a competitor
