History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She keeps her black hair in a flapper bob. Her gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is a Sage first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Sybil enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in the east to a Sage, Sybil learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She's also a talented Bricklayer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
