History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He married young, but lost his spouse to drow. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Nicholas was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

History: Avice was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has taken up work as a Dilettante and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and balancing her hectic life and new dilettante responsibilities is difficult

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the west. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Katherine never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable.
