History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Adelard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born in the north to a Doctor, Adelard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Doctor. After a long history of fighting, Adelard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Mayor for the past few years.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Alex liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
