History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, he is not a threatening figure. Sporting a white mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Tim abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive.
