History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Avelina liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. After a long history of fighting, Avelina and her spouse have recently divorced.
