When his father died while fighting illithids, the young Solomon began to lead the lost caravan. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Diggory was born with his mother's beautiful face. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Emmeline grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Emmeline. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
