Diggory Thornton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He tends to wear a large pastel jacket. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Sporting a chestnut mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Diggory was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Diggory alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and a deep hatred of orcs
Flaws: Antagonistic. Bonds: Attractive, Enemies, Mentor, Family. Occupation: Sculptor

Manfred Heiser, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He carries with him a set of pickaxes on his belt, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. With bright black hair and a scraggly beard. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Manfred was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he is wracked by social anxiety
Ideals: Fighting. Flaws: Fearful. Bonds: Adventurer, Nature, Poor. Occupation: Ploughman
