History: Gifted from a young age, Everard studied abroad. Everard was a troubled youth. History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her father worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled father and took her father's old job. History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
