Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Born in the south to a Marshal, Justin learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
