History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her first spouse was a Barrister, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Barrister they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Detective, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the north. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Cecily is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by vampirism.
