Description: He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'10" when asserting himself. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Born in the south to a Baker, Tim learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Tim was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He became a Baker soon after.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Stableman but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She is greedy; and money/treasure

Description: This man is very fat, and prefers to wear tan clothing when he does not wear armor. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He got into the Assassin business at a young age. Through the years after Roland was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Roland's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Roland and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
