Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. After a long history of fighting, Hugh and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
