History: Born to a pair of adventurers, John grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by unlife.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Trym was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Shepherd. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Shepherd for the past few years.
