History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born in the south to a Slave Trader, Katherine learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Masseuse, but she got bored and became a Slave Trader. She has worked as a Slave Trader like her father before her.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and expand her business

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hubert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is unsatisfied with his job
