History: Alice was born with her father's beautiful face. She always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has worked as a Fletcher like her father before her.

She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
