History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He got into the Masseuse business at a young age. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
