Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. Heward was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bounty Hunter. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
