History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Sarah reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Gerard has worked very hard to control his curse. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
