Personality: Gunter is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. A true patriot, Gunter would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After months of barely getting by, Gunter managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His blonde hair is matted, messy, and big. His eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Balimaar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Description: This man dresses well, wearing red shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Gifted from a young age, Ernest studied abroad. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
