A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born in the east to a Baker, Matilda learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She became a Baker soon after.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and further expansion of business

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Sarah grew up listening to her mother's many stories. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.
