History: He comes from a rich northern family. A gifted student he started as a Healer, but he got bored and became a Miner. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Miner.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Shepherd. She's also a talented Miner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Maynild embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. After a long history of fighting, Maynild and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears just a green suit. His tied-back hair is black. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, John will drive conversation. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bricklayer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
