History: She was raised by priests from a young age. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. After a long history of fighting, Emeny and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Bertram wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When Bertram reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
