History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now mingles about in high society.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Juliana has worked very hard to control her curse. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Outside of the suit she is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Navigator. She keeps her long golden hair kept up in a rat tail. Her eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
