His half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. Through the years after Vicky was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Vicky's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Scribe they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter.
