History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mary grew up listening to her father's many stories. Through the years after Mary was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Mary's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

History: Born in the south to a Locksmith, Miles learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He tends to his Locksmith job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
