Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Isabella was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature ceremonial dagger.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Beatrice was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Gilbert liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
