History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Joan and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Server arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She now owns her own business.

His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Heward alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.
