Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has achieved small success as a Miller.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. A gifted student she started as a Painter, but she got bored and became a Fortune-teller. She tends to her Fortune-teller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and she is greedy
