History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He worked as a nervous Dyer and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dyer for hire.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

Description: An older woman who wears bulky grey painted plate armor, she is not a threatening figure. She wears a colorful flower in her white hair. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: She is a Ruler first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Beatrice grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Beatrice. She became a Ruler soon after.
