Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Heward alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
