His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His moppish blonde hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Jocelyn hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Jocelyn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Heather lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Body Guard, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
