Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Anselm's homeland. Anselm decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Jacoba embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jacoba fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
