Description: The light-skinned man stands 5'2" and prefers to wear flannel. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, John was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sailor for the past few years.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to be a barrister again

Description: He has a missing right leg. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He has a long blonde beard with little hanging trinkets. His skin is flawless and his blue eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he is greedy

He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His red hair is matted, messy, and big. His ears are large.
Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
