Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. At some point he was captured by orcs and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Richard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Guard, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. In her journeys she found a malevolent artifact. She wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.
