History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Egelina embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'10". He wears dull brown sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed kukri, just in case, and his gloved hand is found clutching a kukri. His hair is long and silver with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is golden, braided, and well cared for. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady green eyes.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to end his boredom

Personality: Simon speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Beggar. He became a Beggar soon after.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
