History: Avice was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She now mingles about in high society.

History: Joan was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Joan was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the giants.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Avelina fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
