History: Dustin hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Dustin was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Fletcher. He has achieved small success as a Fletcher.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against orcs

Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
