Personality: Jocelyn is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Jocelyn was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature flail.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Interpreter arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her childhood dream was to be a Shipwright, but she was a colossal failure. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
