History: He comes from a rich western family. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Eva abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
