History: Theodoric lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Odo was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. William took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sickle and armor he uses now. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Born in the west to a Slave Trader, Emmeline learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.
