Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: She was born in a small island village. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.
