Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a pastel vest and prefers brown and tan shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His hair is short and blonde. His eyes are green and beady.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Marshal. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. The war was a terrible time for him, and Jocelyn does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His childhood dream was to be a Knight, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Marshal for hire.

History: He got into the Dilettante business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Dilettante. He's also a talented Miller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Hugh was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Hugh's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Hugh and his spouse have recently divorced.
