History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Roland was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Detective. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Locksmith they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Detective, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He is a Junk Dealer first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Eva fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
