His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: The child of a Miller, who enjoyed hunting, Heward was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: Born in the north to a Ruler, Avelina learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Engraver, but she got bored and became a Ruler. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ruler.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult; and she has a crush on the local engraver

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and a deep hatred of brigands
